By using the website development services offered by Nivaan IT Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Nivaan IT Solutions offers website design and development services as described on our website and as agreed upon with the client in a formal proposal or contract.

Payment for services valued at Rs 10,000/- or less will be payable in advance. For services valued over Rs 10,000/-, payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payment for services is due as specified in the agreement. Nivaan IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and any custom code or design created during the project, shall remain the property of Nivaan IT Solutions until full payment is received.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including text, images, and other content, required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in content provision may result in project delays.

Nivaan IT Solutions will provide an estimated project timeline, but this is subject to change based on factors including client responsiveness, project complexity, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Nivaan IT Solutions will provide a specific number of revisions as outlined in the product description, project proposal or contract. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Nivaan IT Solutions provides a warranty period for our work as outlined in the product description, project proposal or contract. We will rectify any defects or errors arising from our work during this warranty period.

Either party may terminate the project as outlined in the product description, project proposal or contract. Termination may incur additional fees or costs.

Nivaan IT Solutions will handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Nivaan IT Solutions shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other consequential damages, arising from the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal and any disputes shall be resolved as per the prevailing laws of Nepal.

Nivaan IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically.
